Leadership
I consider myself a student of the principles of leadership and believe them to be
powerful tools in building and growing an organization. In 1983, I worked with Peter
Senge, Tom Drucker, Elsa Porter and John Nesbitt as organizers, to explore the nature
of leadership in a national leadership conference. As part of that project, we gathered
approximately 100 world-class leaders together to dialogue on the qualities of
leadership. We catalogued certain characteristics and qualities of leadership as they
occur in the business environment as seen by those working with them and around
them. I am very qualified in implementing and working with these traits in an
organization helping to grow and develop the management team and its people.

I am both a skilled trainer and a student. I am constantly learning and appreciating new
and creative ways to achieve outcomes and producing results. I enjoy being an
exceptional speaker and motivator and working with people to enable them to become
productive and effective. I train trainers (have done so extensively) and have great
respect for the need to train at the company (corporate) and branch levels.
