People
I have been in and worked around the Real Estate Industry for 30 years. During that
time, I have met and worked with the finest and the worst in the industry. This has given
me a global perspective of both the industry and the players. I have great respect for
the top of the profession and I know many of them. Real Estate is a people business
and I can find, recruit and work with the best of them. One of the things I am most
proud, is that I can still work with almost anyone I have ever worked with and they
would work with me again today. My network of influence is national and I have authen-
tic credibility within the enterprise.
Real Management or Real Estate as a Business
In 1978, I developed a management training called Laser Management. It was
created out of my work in management consulting and applying the science of business
and principle. It brought to Real Estate some of the very first real management training
introducing the concept of standards to the industry for the very first time. I am credited
with changing the industry on this point. Apart from understanding real management
principles, I am highly skilled at presenting, personally implementing or modeling and
managing them in an organization.
Vision
I have worked with and around the principle of Vision in both organizations and indi-
viduals. I have lead a national group called the Masters made up with the top 2% of
the agents in the industry. I have worked with many of the top producers at Coldwell
Banker, Prudential and other smaller southern California companies and previously
John Douglas, and Fred Sands. I know how these agents both work and what they want
and need, as well as how to help, attract and retain them! I am respected and have
maintaind credibility with them. Having the expertise and background, I am able to help
grow their business through vision and to find balance between Real Estate and their
personal life!
Through this, I have developed an acute understanding of the power of vision in an
organization. Knowing how to apply it to leading and managing and for it, as the real
basis, for recruiting and building an organization.
